Barrack Obama once said "Say no to Bangalore and yes to Buffalo" and he introduced a lot of anti-Bangalore policies to discourage outsourcing. But India is no longer a country of snake charmers, and neither is it a low level service provider, nor just a call center’s hub. Bangalore has graduated to become the largest resource of well trained and educated techies in the world.
