The US has been bitten by the Android bug! Android handsets surpassed Apple iPhone in smartphone shipments in the first quarter 2010, but in the other parts of world, the situation is a little different. Although Android managed to get a warm reception in India, spellbound by the budget Nokia platforms, it’s had a slow start compared to the US.
